Meet Dr. Aliberti
Hello, my name is Dr. Francesca Aliberti. I am a New York native with years of experience in chiropractic. I graduated from the former New York Chiropractic College in 2014 with being the Vice President and liaison for my graduating class. I have spent several hours of post graduate study including being Webster-certified to help you achieve your wellness goals.
As a child I was diagnosed with scoliosis, while never severe enough to warrant surgery or a brace. I personally never agreed with the "watch and wait" approach of care. It wasn't until college that I discovered what chiropractic was and I fell in love. It was a profession that was grounded in the belief and understanding that health comes from within and, the more proactive one is regarding their health, then the more one will be able to blossom and thrive. I have always been in awe of both the human body and spirit, and I love teaching others how to embrace themselves. I have spent and will continue to enjoy spending countless hours of study to further my knowledge to help my patients in every way that I can.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to be Pregnant or postpartum to schedule an appointment?
Not at all! Dr. Aliberti has helped an array of patients in different age groups for chronic neck pain, mild to moderate scoliosis, sciatica and more.
I'm scared to get "cracked" , do you offer other styles of adjusting?
Of course! As listed above there are plenty of techniques that I can use that do not involve a cavitation ( the "cracking" sound) in order to achieve a proper adjustment. Based off your history and exam findings I will determine what is the best adjusting technique for you.
I'm pregnant, how soon can I schedule an appointment?
Preferably, the sooner the better but anytime is best. Patients who have been actively under care prior to pregnancy tend to have less pelvic and less overall general body imbalances due to them already being addressed.
As the baby continues to grow, you as mama continue to go through multiple changes both physiologically and structurally. The role of chiropractic care is always to try and help assist the body to function optimally so you can thrive.
HOW SOON CAN I START POSTPARTUM CARE?
Just as above, ideally the sooner the better . However, the most important factor is whenever you as the mama feels comfortable to come in.
I find mamas between giving birth to their 6 week checkup (and beyond) often don't realize there is so much they can do to help assist in healing their body's gently and optimally during this time. Chiropractic care from immediately postpartum allows mamas to be supported and nurtured.
DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?
I do not take insurance, however I do provide the superbill for you to submit to your insurance carrier if you wish for possible reimbursement. Prices are subject to change so please inquire if looking to schedule.
